A few portraits from a recent visit to Bukomansimbi District, Western Uganda with Unicef/ Uganda. The portraits were taken during a field visit to oversea their projects within the area based around positive health development programs through digital initiatives.

World AIDS day 2012

Whilst the country organises the 'celebrations' which will mark World AIDS day 2012 tomorrow, let us not forget those lying in the wards of Mulago National Refferal Hospital Kampala fighting for their lives.

Pastor Solomon Male and Martin Ssempa together with two others had in August this year convicted for allegedly conspiring to tarnish the reputation of Rubaga Miracle Centre Pastor, Robert Kayanja. Each were ordered by Buganda Road Court, Kampala to pay a fine of Shs1, 000,000 and community service for 100 hours or spend 6 months in jail.

Below Pastor Male and Martin Ssempa spend their mornings of community service here at Mulago National Referral Hospital in the Capital helping families of children effected by cancer via counselling.
